Perma Blend SMP Pigments
The Perma Blend Scalp Kit has been specially blended for use on the scalp. These Perma Blend pigments have been formulated to last longer and need minimal touch-ups.
The Scalp Kit from Perma Blend consists of five colours ranging from light grey to black, plus one brown pigment, along with an orange modifier and a complimentary bottle of Thin Shading Solution:
