Platform service charge and support

Due to the sensitivity of our products, returns are not accepted and all sales are final. Products, imported into certain countries, may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties and taxes. Upon the arrival of the product(s) at the destination you have designated for delivery, customs duties, import duties and taxes may be imposed upon you. All such additional costs for customs clearance and import duties or taxes shall be the sole responsibility of you as the purchaser. Iccon International in no way takes responsibility for such fees.
