Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of needles, cartridges, pigments, or any sterile or single-use items once their packaging has been opened or the seal broken, unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@icconinternational.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund including return postage.
How to Return
Email info@icconinternational.com with your order number to request a return authorisation before sending anything back. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
